We are a small international charity - currently too small to be registered with any appropriate authority, but will soon be eligible for registration with the UK charities commission.
Our trustees and donors from around the world share some values and beliefs:
- We do not believe that a charity should use any part of its received donations for its own purposes - 100% of any money we received is used for the benefit of others - we don't spend a penny on our own travel or other expenses, or 'administration'.
- We believe that no human should have better opportunities in life than any other - so we focus our work in areas where opportunities are currently lower than average - like poor countries.
- We believe that all children should have the chance to reach their potential and live a healthy and happy long life, wherever they come from and whoever their parents are.
Our only project so far is the Faala Preschool in Gambia - a very poor country, even for Africa. We are helping these children get a good start in their educational life. This project has been running a few years and some of our graduates are now flourishing in primary school.

We are always happy to hear from volunteers too - you will need to fund your own travel and expenses, but will get the chance to help out on the ground. |
